Sometimes, those poetic phrases that are meant to stir your heart can instead wound. It's a strange thing, how emotions can be both healed and hurt by the very same instrument. Perhaps it's because truth often appears wrapped in a cloak of poetry. Or maybe it's just that sensitivity makes us prone to anguish, no matter how loving the writer's moti
